1. How can I pay for the classes?
We use a secure site. It is a free service that lets you pay with credit card. Your order can be processed immediately this way. To pay by check or money order, please call 1-800-677-6644.

2. How long does it take before I receive class information?
If you pay by credit card, it is immediate. If you send us a check we will wait until the check clears and then issue you a coupon code for you to gain access to the tests. This may take a week to 10 days depending on mail delivery and check clearance.

3. How much time do I have to complete the online CDA program?
You may complete the online program at your own pace.  You must spend 40 hours on the program which can take any where from one month to several. Once or twice a year, we do send out e-mail reminders if you have incomplete work pending.

4. I don't always have Internet access, can I still participate in the program?
Yes, you can print out the tests and mail the them to:

5. How long does it take to get a certificate: how are they sent?
Once our CDA Advisor receives the tests, she will read as soon as possible and get back to you with any questions. We will e-mail you a certificate as soon as our advisor completes reviewing your tests. Please let us know if you are in urgent need and we may be able to accelerate certificate issuance.

7. Do I e-mail each test or wait until I complete the entire group? Where do I e-mail them? What if they get lost in cyberspace?
Please e-mail all eight tests at once to cda@everydaytlc.com. Once we receive, we will automatically e-mail you a confirmation. If for some reason we do not receive. Please make sure that you have saved copies, call us at 1-800-677-6644 or mail to:

8. How are the courses graded?
There are no grades. These are essay questions. The tests are either pass or fail. Each test asks you about your experiences with children and integrates the EverydayTLC Newsletter and the Professional Article. A passing mark is required to get credit for completing the course.

9. What if I have a spam filtering program.
Today, almost everyone has some type of spam filtering program running on their computer.  However, sometimes they filter out legitimate e-mails.  If this is the case, please add the following e-mail addresses,
